Eaton has appointed Boitumelo Moselane as Human Resources Director for Eaton South Africa.
Moselane will be responsible for the formulation of HR strategies, as well as overseeing the entire HR generalist function, including Learning and Development, Change Management and Labour Relations functions for Eaton in South Africa.
With over 20 years’ experience in HR, acquired from various sectors such as FMCG, investment banking, manufacturing and mining, Moselane is a seasoned Human Capital Leader with sound strategic business skills. She holds a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, an Honours Degree in Labour Relations from University of Johannesburg (formerly R.A.U.) and Management Development Programmes from various institutions. Moselane has spent the past 12 years managing HR in the mining and manufacturing industries.
