Constantia Insurance has appointed full-service marketing agency Stratitude for all their brand and communication requirements for EthiQal, their specialised medical professional indemnity division.
“The South African healthcare industry has unique and difficult challenges, and so we were looking for an agency that not only understood these nuances, but one that could also use this insight to effectively communicate our vision and value proposition to individual doctors, as well as healthcare market stakeholders,” says Volker von Widdern, CEO of Constantia Insurance. “Stratitude’s response was to deliver a clear strategy for our brand that just made sense. Right from the start it felt like a great fit, so we’re excited to see what the future holds for our new partnership and for the EthiQal brand.”
Together with the development of a brand and communication strategy, Stratitude will also be responsible for creating EthiQal’s new corporate identity, website and the implementation of an omni-channel campaign that includes PR, social media, advertising and digital marketing.
