Boomtown’s innovative internship programme Bayeza, is a finalist in the 2019 Future of HR Awards in the Best Graduate Development Programme category.
Hosted in partnership with Careers24, the Future of HR Awards celebrate industry leaders achieving exceptional standards in people management and showcase strategies that make a direct impact on business performance and reshape HR into a cutting-edge strategic business component.
Since its inception in 2012 Bayeza has achieved a 100% employment rate, with interns rising through the Boomtown ranks or taking up employment elsewhere in the industry.
“We’re proud of what we’ve achieved with Bayeza, and delighted to have a 100% employment rate,” remarks Boomtown MD, Andrew MacKenzie. “But, for Bayeza to be recognised by a panel of esteemed HR professionals and to be considered as leading the charge in creating a workplace of tomorrow is an honour.”
Boomtown will go up against the other Best Graduate Development Programme finalists at the 2019 Future of HR Awards in Johannesburg on June 12th.
