Ogilvy Public Relations scooped nine PRISM awards, at a gala dinner in Hyde Park, Johannesburg on Saturday, 6 May 2017.
Now in its 20th year, the PRISM Awards are one of Africa’s most sought-after awards in the public relations industry. Awards are presented to public relations and communication professionals who have successfully incorporated strategy, creativity and professionalism into successful public relations campaigns.
National Managing Director of Ogilvy Public Relations, Joanna Oosthuizen, said, “We are both honoured and humbled to have been recognised with these PRISM awards.
“However, our work doesn’t stop here, this accolade inspires us to tell better stories, drive bigger campaigns and hold ourselves to the highest standard of excellence. Thank you to our clients for giving us the opportunity to make them matter and drive the right conversations. We would have never achieved this without their confidence in us. These awards are as much theirs as they are ours.”
“We are especially pleased by the Gold award to Lameez Mohd in our Cape Town office for Best Up-and-coming Public Relations Professional. She’s a true team player who has delivered superb results in a high-pressure environment on the Woolworths account.”
