RAPT Creative, the dynamic and nimble creative and executional agency that more than doubled both its staff headcount and revenue in 2021, has appointed Lesole Kodisang as its new Strategy Director with immediate effect.
Kodisang boasts an illustrious career, and has worked at – and in some cases headed up strategic planning – at many leading agencies including Publicis, Grey Worldwide, Y&R, DDB SA, TBWA, Ogilvy & Mather and The Creative Council.
Commenting on his appointment at RAPT Creative, he says he will be fostering a culture of collaboration between strategy, which is the division he’ll be heading, with creative and account management to come up with new and innovative solutions that expand beyond communication.
RAPT Creative Managing Director, Garreth van Vuuren, says that Lesole is a hard-working, entrepreneurial individual who enjoys figuring things out. He adds that his strength is asking insightful questions to guide and inform the most effective strategies; a strength which the business values and aims to leverage as it continues on its growth trajectory plan.
